Terms for inquiring about and purchasing works at EnredArte.

Originality and certificate
Each work is original and ships with its signed certificate of authenticity (COA).
Pricing
Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) or US dollars (USD), depending on the currency you choose. When a price is listed on request, we quote you personally before any charge.
Artist share
65% of each work's price goes to the artist.
Payment
Payment is processed on Stripe's secure hosted checkout. After confirming your email and currency, you leave for Stripe to pay; EnredArte never receives or stores your card details. Your purchase is recorded once Stripe confirms payment.
Shipping
Shipping is insured via DHL or FedEx, using the delivery details you provide after payment. Timing and costs are confirmed before purchase.
Reservations and returns
Reservations are confirmed in writing. If a work does not match its description, write to info@enredarte.com or +52 624 176 4802 within 7 calendar days of delivery and we will find a solution, including a return where applicable. We do not offer returns for change of mind.
Acceptance and age
By using this site and purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age, have legal capacity, and accept these terms.
Intellectual property
The artist retains copyright over the work. Your purchase covers the physical work and its certificate (COA), with no reproduction rights unless agreed in writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Mexico City.
